Insurance, In-House Benefits, and Other Financing Options in Herndon, VA

At Elden Family Dental, we believe your dental care should not only be comfortable and competent, but also accessible and affordable. For patients who have access to dental insurance, we are in network with over 40 PPO insurance plans (listed below).

We know that there are still a substantial number of patients who do not have access to traditional dental insurance and may be concerned about being able to afford essential care. For these patients, we have alternative options in our In-House Benefits Program as well as our partnership with CareCredit.

In-House Benefits Program

For our patients without traditional dental insurance who are concerned that affordable dental care is out of reach, we offer in-house benefits plans. These plans offer substantial savings, paying for themselves in a standard new patient visit, which includes full mouth and bitewing x-rays, examination, and cleaning.

Annual Plan: $420

• Unlimited evaluations
• Any necessary X-rays
• Two cleanings per year
• All other treatments are 35% off

6 Month Plan: $220 total (Available only to new patients)

• Unlimited evaluations
• Any necessary X-rays
• One cleaning
• All other treatments are 35% off

By eliminating third parties, we can offer you a better value than any comparable self-pay dental insurance or discount plan. This also eliminates any surprises in coverage after treatment has been completed, and no claims are necessary. Free covered cleanings will not apply to untreated periodontal disease. Treatment plan fees are subject to change depending on plan participation and future fee schedule adjustments. Treatment plans may be revised at any time, depending on changes in dental conditions. Our in-house plans cannot be combined with any other offers, other plans, insurance submissions, or use of CareCredit or other patient financing. Our in-house benefits plans will also not be accepted for outside referrals or other dental offices. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
